Peter Ebdon lost vs Liang Wenbo and did a Massè Shot!! How funny is that :-D.

Whatever.. if it's funny or cool. Fact is that Peter Ebdon did a laugh after he lost vs Liang at the Shanghai Masters clearly. That is why snooker is cool. The players are in every situation very cheerful, gentle-like, fair (but not John Higgins in all...check my other video out), and do sometimes these exhebition-shots for the crowd! They know what the crowd want to see :-).

@rorys135 No, professionals use a cloth which has small magnets woven into the cloth - north is at the top of the table and south at the bottom (i.e. baulk end). The balls also contain magnets. This magnifies the normal forces involved in spin shots in snooker so that the game plays more consistently and it is possible for them to make certain shots, like the massey Ebdon tried, which are impossible in normal circumstances.
