To me this is very poinient! For those Deafies who haven't caught on it's a Skit... Like the actress (not the character she is portraying) who has become d/Deaf, and is not therefore pre-lingually Deaf. I often get accused of faking being deaf... Why do you use sign when you have speech - you're not really Deaf - kind of attitudes...

I imagine this is where she is coming from. I't funny to think that people like us would go to all that troble to 'fake' being deaf. Hilarious!

sounds like she is working on collecting SSI or trying to scam deaf people in the future as your collecting more infos.. so you can perform better huh?? my suggestion to you, go back to the corner where you used to be , i think you will be better off there... trust me .....
