She looks like someone who was forced to read something without their glasses. Not someone who is drunk. If she was drunk then she would give a long slurly rant on how awesome this is while having her body slouched onto the podium, then scream she isn't done and fight back when someone tries to pull her away.

I was a fan of hers from way back, but when I saw her on Army Wives, I wondered just how long she would last before she hit bottom yet again. Her addictions go WAY back and she has thrown her career away over and over and it's too bad.

What she meant about doing it on TV is that she plays the wife of an Army General on Army Wives. So it seems sort of like she was trapped in her television character.

I do not recall when this was done. While the Army Wives TV show is great I do not think it was a good idea to have someone from a TV show at an event like that.
