Dreamfall fans (the few there are) are very loud about this game, because they didn't play and belong to the fan/official forums of TLJ back in it's heyday, so they have no idea what that was like, and therefore have little idea of the let-down hardcore fans of TLJ had with a) the delay in a follow-up, and they way April was treated in that follow-up. I repeat, what would we think if Gordon Freeman was not the main character in HL2, or Lara in Tomb Raider?! Suicidal I call it!

I guess that the most of TLJ fans are fans of both parts of that beautiful story. I was playing TLJ in... uh... 2001? 2002? Not nearly premiere, but when the graphics were still looking amazing. And i LOVE this game. But I love also Dreamfall, even if it's different - I have mixed feelings when I'm looking on that like on "game", but when I'm looking on Dreamfall like on "story" I totally love that, more than TLJ.

I miss games like this nowadays. TLJ has been (and it's still) one of my favourites, all the history and the characters were amazing.

Dreamfall was ok, I mean I enjoyed it but I really missed April here (despite she was one of the three playable characters) guess it was 'cause it's Zoe's history after all.

I hope I'll see someday this "Dreamfall Chapters" or whatsoever... all I know is that "I'll be here when you come back" April, ;)

The Longest Journey is one of the best video games ever, and not just in the adventure genre. Its sequel is not worthy to clean its boots.

Just finished Dreamfall again after 4 years. Now I'm about to play TLJ for the first time. Everything points to it being better, but I'm pissed. I'm pissed there's no third game, that it ended with a cliffhanger, and that Ryan's character was insignificant. If they had to kill her, maybe it could have been sacrifice to save Zoe and wrap Dreamfall up properly. No it looks like there's "chapters", which is some sort of MMO and not a true end of a trilogy, which it should be.

Why, oh Why No one want to make a movie (series) from TLJ and Dreamfall is for me just totaly un-understandible. They alreday have grate schripit. And from what we saw in Avatar the technique exsist now, so they kan still have the same voise actors and not disappoint fans fom castign wrong people.

So...why not?

I, for one, would pay good money to se it/them.
