Great series. We can safely say that if all the people didn't all vanish but an airborne 100% lethal super virus that kills you in under an hour killed 99.99999% of us, everything would start to go to the dogs inside 6 months to a year. So the immune survivors would have about a year to 5 years to find each other, and re-build human civilization.

Really feel for the victims of Katrina, it's awful to see homes in that decayed state. HOWEVER, what damned idiot decided (see 35:15) to build a city 4ft BELOW sea level?!!!
