i've only seen videos of them live and i'd love to have been there...and i'm pretty sure the old modest mouse is still here lyric wise to me.

in youtube search engine type in Modest Mouse Alone Down there.....think the date on it is 10/6/01. See when Isaac was "really" on his game. Everybody has their opinion, but they are just nothing compared to what they use to be. And I will assume you didn't use the restroom at the show.....you're lucky! lol!

hey i would never say he wasn't 'really' on his game then, seriously. and you're probably right they are probably nothing compared to back then. i just know that you can never have that same rawness from him again. and since i can't go back & experience that for myself, i must be happy with what i received & experienced. o! and good assumption, no trip to the potty for me! lol!

ok, all do respect to ya sehooks911, but uh, this show was awesome. you got a taste of the old isaac. he was on, seriously. please appreciate what you were lucky enough to witness. the worst part of the show was johnny marr's vocals. but isaac brock, outstanding. they'll never be what they were, life evolves. appreciate what is now.
as for the potty's, i'll trust your judgement.
