Great video and advice. I'm offering a free (usually 30$) 7 day starter kit e-course to permanent weight loss on my blog for the month of March. You can watch a video I made on my Youtube channel for the details and the link to the course in the video's info box. The course has already helped hundreds of people lose and maintain their weight and I'm sure it can help you and your viewers.

Okay I have a question: I'm still relatively skinny( although not as skinny as I was in high school) but I think I have lost much of my jawline. What's the deal? I'm still pretty lean but it's just my face has changed a little. Is this due to lack of proper nutrition? I heard that over time your face and jawline widens though. Please help me out

there is no such thing as good or bad cholesterol! hdl and ldl r lipoprotein that carry cholesterol around!! Cholesterol is our best friend!! Read The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe.. Saturated Fats R Good!! R They r Stable!! unsaturated fats r not and go rancid very easly!! thanks!!

..I am so sorry to ask this, I REALLY hate to be this person... but are you legit a dietitian or a doctor ? because I am soooo sorry (I REALLY MEAN IT!) ... I don't trust a person who is trained for this.
Question, do you still recommend protein shakes for those who are over 300 pounds? I lost 20 pounds without any protein shakes, but I would like to try. Otherwise, I get mixed reviews on it. Thanks in advance.

@Misshaircare2009: Protein shakes are meant to supplement your dietary intake of protein from meats, fish, legumes, and dairy. If you're trying to lose fat, there's nothing wrong with supplementing with a low carb, fat-free protein shake. Drinking whey protein in the morning with high fiber cereal is an excellent breakfast and would keep you fuller longer. Again you can drink it 2x/day during in between meal periods or after a workout, it would only help you, as long as it's low fat/low carb.
