Rep. Manzullo Speaks at the Mechanical Insulation Industry Showcase

Rep. Don Manzullo (R-IL) spoke at the Mechanical Insulation Industry Showcase, a House Manufacturing Caucus Event, in support of H.R. 2866/S. 1526, the Mechanical Insulation Installation Incentive Act, which he introduced in September with Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) and Senators Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Mike Johnans (R-NE). This bipartisan, bicameral legislation would cut energy costs, reduce carbon emissions, and put Americans back to work through a tax incentive encouraging the use of mechanical insulation.
