I visited India last year. Everywhere i went, there were little children begging for coins and homeless people scattered on the streets at night. Those $billion could have been shelter for how many of those people on the streets?

If this was done in New York or London, it would still be ridiculed, but to have it built in India is just PLAIN SICK.
