had the same shitty problem i tried puttin a hair dryer on full into the back vents for 15 mins let it kool down out ma window for 20 mins, plugged it in ... works!! cant fuckin believe it lmfao a fuckin hair dryer

that happened to me all you have to do is hold the green button for about twenty seconds or until it beeps then it fixes it it likes reboots the whole system it doesnt delete anything i swear

wat you do is you what for it to load and when it gets to the menu/ start up screen go to system settings and then reset back to regular system settings! K

actually the store where i bought my unit called me yesterday and asked me to buy a new hard disk and i got to spend like $80 for something that wasnt my fault, imagine official firmware and it bricked my console, that's pretty annoying.

u definitely have a blu-ray disc failure, u should bring it to the store where u purchased ur unit and find out if its still cover of your warranty so that they will replace it with a new one.

i bring my unit back to the store where i bought it, and i guess i need to wait for couple of weeks, i hope that the HDD is only the prolem so that my service warranty will still be effective, since here in my country they dont have international replacement warranty which sucks!
