NAIROBI, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Somali pirates are sailing a French yacht they hijacked with two French nationals onboard to a remote coastal village where gunmen are holding several other ships for ransom, a maritime official said on Thursday.

Andrew Mwangura of the East African Seafarers' Assistance Programme said the yacht was heading for Eyl, a lawless former fishing outpost that is now a base for the gangs behind a sharp rise in attacks at sea.

Its true Somalli waters have been contaminated by other countries nuclear waste. The waters are so contaminated it looks like clouds in the water and its thick, for miles. The people were poor before the contamination and now its worse.

The western countries started contaminating the waters in the early 1990's, so its pretty bad now for sure.
