@syamimi7964 my first bike was a 05 r6 ....... in 3 years i was at the track scraping knees but also elevated harris footpegs . iam also 160 lbs at 6 '2 so iam relativly big . then moved on to literbikes . and it depends on the person . some people just cant muster what it takes for liter, or a 600.

dont talk bullshit!!
if you got talent or feeling for motorcykling you can pick up 1000cc and be great but it will just be harder!!

Has anyone noticed if you search Yamaha you will see them and maybe run across some Suzuki's and visa versa. If you search Honda you will see some Kawasaki's and visa versa. Its weird. If I search Gixxer nothing but Suzuki's will show up and a stray R1 but NO CBR's or Kaw's. Am I the only one that see's this? Cment if you understand this. Please

those are two mufflers right?

@thrasha666 Agreed. I went from a Honda Nighthawk 450 to a Ninja 650R to a 2009 CBR600RR. I think it was a fairly good progression. I could have easily started with the 650R and not had an issue. I think people who recommend 250s don't really understand how easy SV650s, Ninja 650Rs and Ninja 500Rs are to ride. 250 is too small.
if you really want to be a good rider get a ninja 250 first. it teaches you control in a way only a less powerful bike can. then wonce you have mastered it, get a 600.
