@pinkstarburst425 lolwut. That's the most contrived uneducated bullshit I've ever heard (in regards to the song, not the history). Columbus represents the punk mindset, exactly parallel to how he uses "nomad" in this song. The entire song is about growing up and assimilating into society, more as an observation through experience and not a commentary/critique. This is aligned with what he normally says at shows before he plays this, "this is for the older punks out there."
