Somerset County taxpayers have paide more than $25 million for a 36-hole luxury golf course that is like a country club than a public course. In these difficult economic times, taxpayers shouldn't be paying for such unnecessary luxuries. We need Freeholders whos priorities are in line with what taxpayers want.
This video is full of false information! Neshanic valley golf course has not lost a dollar, and has made (in revenue) more than a million dollars last year! And the maintenance building was worth the money spent too! They need the room for the equipment. And NVGC is NOT! "exclusive." NVGC hasnt lost a single round of golf, ever! They have continued to rise year after year. This course is a great addition to the county that brings in more money than any other public facility in the county!
