So early here...
But you can thank my education (who woulda thunk it?) for this video so early in the day (or late, I really dont' care right now *yawns moar*)j

It's amazing how happy I am with the turn out of this production; everything just... WENT! It's suprising just how pretty videos like this one are so much easier for me to edit than the really jazzed-up ones. Really enjoyed making this piece! (for once she's not dissatisfied with her work. Let's enjoy a moment of silence to reflect on this breathtaking occurence...)

The point of this video was to display heavily the absolute beauty of the sport, to drive the point that it is the horse's heart that we merge ourselves with to accomplish greatness. I wanted to capture that fluidity and portray that it is the horse's strength that carries us to our victory. Thus, the metaphor/analogy: Within Your Chest, I will Prevail.

I've had this video mapped out in my head for over a month, but never got editing it until a few days ago. Sophianinam's new video (Where the Spirit Runs Free) was a huge source of inspiration, but of course she always is considering that she puts a massive load of heart into her work.

I may just have a summer montage coming for you fine wonderful peeplings! I have a four-day weekend with Labor Day and all, so I PLAN, not hope, to get a ton of things done editing-wise. xD Can I get a HOO-RAH!!! ^^

I love how, in these equestrianism videos you include Western events and even vaulting, not just English stuff. Because I see so many videos like this where it's only English. I don't have anything against English riders, but it would be lovely to see more videos with Western included. And you did that, so I love this video. :)
