  • hey man if i can give you some advice ( lol i am a wanna be too, im 17 been going for 11 months now) when you work on ur biceps make sure your going down all the way for full form is very important when u start off. and most importantly on the negative rep, go down slower than the postive. ur biceps or any muscle will actually do more work on the "down" rep or negative than the postive and ull see better gains that way. keep good form and slow it down a little other wise good job man'
