Pamela Anderson granted marriage license

Actress Pamela Anderson is apparently gearing up for another wedding. "Access Hollywood" says the actress and her boyfriend Rick Salomon were granted a marriage license in Las Vegas over the weekend. That license will allow them to marry at any time in the next year. Sources say she and Salamon, who have been friends for years, have been inseparable lately. The two are now back at her house in Malibu but her rep would not confirm any details about a wedding.

Celebrity couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have kicked off their joint concert tour. The pair performed at Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City on Friday. They sang several songs together including two Spanish duets...each song ending with a romantic kiss. In the midst of pregnancy rumors, Lopez wore flowy loose fitting tops.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's new film smashed U.S. box offices over the weekend. "The Game Plan" took the number one spot bringing in more than 22 million dollars in ticket sales. "The Kingdom" with Jamie Fox and Jennifer Garner took second followed by "Resident Evil: Extinction" starring Milla Jovovich. That's all according to Box Office Mojo.

Two adventurers may invite Leonardo DiCaprio on a trip to the South Pole. A British newspaper says TV personality Ben Fogle and former Olympian James Cracknell want to ask the actor to trek through the polar region on foot. The two, known for rowing across the Atlantic Ocean, say they know DiCaprio wants to travel there. There's no word on if the actor is considering the journey.

Former Vice President Al Gore is using his environmental documentary to continue to spread awareness. The Oscar winner was in Vancouver, British Columbia over the weekend to present his film "An Inconvenient Truth." The politician spoke to a group of nearly 1500 guests about the climate crisis. The Oscar winner said we're in the midst of a "planetary emergency," and spoke of creating laws to limit carbon emissions.
