    So you are saying that it worked for you when you took it post workout? Do you have two seperate drinks for after your workout?  Which do you drink first?

  • Could you please describe the watermelon flavor? Is it very sweet or more sour, and is it a flavor you'll get enough of? thinking of buying the big 90 serving, as it is much cheaper in my cuntry..

  • @ExlRocker Lemon is perfect if you dont like it too sweet... i really like lemon

  • @xxKiller14 It's perfectly fine, add some dextrose (grape sugar) if you like. Just don't add anything else than sugar as BCAA is "outcompeated" by peptides in your stomack.

    The BCAA in this product serves as an energy sourse to the muscles, therefore sugar and other fast acting carbs is not nessesary.. just blend 3-4 scoops in a nice big bottle and drink a little before your workout, and then drink the rest throughout the workout. Take a protein/carb/(creatine) shake post workout.
