I confess that the since 1878 the Catholic Church has fell in to apostacy. However this has been prophesied. Abomination of Desolation mentioned 5 times in scripture, 3 times in Daniel, and once in Matthew and Mark prove that the 1 True Church is the Catholic Church.

When therefore you shall see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place: he that readeth let him understand. (Matt.24:15) This cannot occur in a protestant building.

With this, pagan influences began to contaminate the previously untainted Christian Church. This guy knows nothing of history,The Edict of Milan, although making the way free for people to worship and practice openly, did not lead to a total unity within the Church. On the contrary, there was separation, because different groups saw the Church, as it stood, not fulfilling their needs.

The Donatists, Montanists, Novantianists and Apotactites were several Church groups that separated themselves from the mainstream Church. These early prideful protesters are early day protestants.

@futurecatholic ...the authority you speak of is the BIBLE..it is the authority, it interprets itself in the light of the Holy Spirit. If the Bible says that ALL HAVE SINNED, that means that Mary was a sinner..and not sinless as the RCC teaches..she had a SIN sacrifice made for her...she also called Jesus her savior..If mary was perfect , without sin..she was in NO NEED of a savior. Now saying that ...the RCC in this piece of doctrine is contradictory to the BIBLE..thus the RCC is wrong.

Chris Pinto, Dave Hunt and the Reformers of old are right event to this day with regards to the catholic teachings that are contrary to scripture. Just the other day, a local paper in my area called the 'Catholic Reporter' stated in an article that "apart from the Catholic faith, their is no entry into Heaven". I came out of her 10 years ago.
