Okay Icelandic Simba sounds so cute! But he not only manages to sound cute but also a little rowdy I think. You know, not all "look at me, I'm 3 years old"
The lyrics aren't bad either. I remember some of you said them to be silly but frankly I can't see anything silly about them O__o Lighten up!
I like how Simba is gonna rule for thousands of years like Scar (in the Icelandic version of course)
-And this 'good try' is of course 'nice try' I know that. But at the time I subbed this I thought it would be neat to say the other thing. Don't ask me why.

I love Icelandic! I'm from Sweden and have been doing a lot of researching about Icelandic and Iceland. Just the entire island and language is simply amazing to me! Have been trying to learn some icelandic, didn't think it would be to difficult 'cause it's related to swedish and the other scandinavian languages. But when it came to the grammar, I gave up, unfortunately. It is very beautiful though, and hopefully I will learn some Icelandic someday! :)

thats cause those are the litterla translations of the icelandic text.

if it had been 100% accurately translated from english to start with, none of it would have rhymed.

I've been aiming to learn Icelandic for quite a long time now, but well, there are no Icelandic teachers in poland, so all I can do is listen to Sigur Rós and Icelandic versions of Disney songs and learn from them -.-
