I really enjoy all your music Jock. But something about a simple acoustic version like this brings out the best qualities in your voice and draws the listener to the lyrics. Excellent choice for this song which sends such a powerful message. Excellent!

I can't help but feeling this song like a punch in the gut living here a US citizen and all, not sure if that's how it's meant. I d'know, think maybe freedom's catching on in Egypt and Lybia but it's doubtful they'll get it right on first try, freedom is just a work in progress really.

@dannyknapp Hey, Danny. It wasn't meant as any criticism of the US. I think it came from respecting how powerless we all are - but also how people can only take so much before they become defiant regardless of the consequences. Mohamed Bouazizi was just a guy selling vegetables - just trying to make ends meet.
