Drunk driver's misjudgment causes major damage when the intoxicated driver has collision with Fire Hydrant. The collision caused a water main break launching a stream of high pressure water over four stories high directed at a legal office building. The high velocity water penetrated that structure and flooded the entire three story building from the top down for over one an a half hours leaving over four and a half feet of water in the lower level parking garage.
The amount of damage to the building and it's contents as well as the municipal water system is still yet to be determined.
The driver was arrested and booked for DUI.

I have to say, flooding of the basement car park doesn't really mean flooding the entire building, if you know what flooding means. Yes, the floors will be badly damaged by the water, including all the furniture and equipment but to say flooding the entire building would mean the entire building is under water. The damage is really serious, from looking at the footage.
