Ford had invited all media to come out to San Francisco and test drive the new North America 2011 Ford Fiesta, Honda Fit & the Toyota Yaris to write about it and compare the three vehicles against each other. @happyboyy8k No this video is not made by Ford. I made it and I do not work for Ford. I was given the opportunity to test out the car and I drove it around the country with over 65,000 miles I put on their prototype Ford Fiesta. I was never a Ford fan of their new cars only their old cars from the early 70s and earlier. I use to own a 1991 Ford 5.0 Ford Thunderbird and loved it until it failed. After my experience in the new Fiesta I loved it so much I now own my own that I make payments on.

These are just ford fans trying to promote ford so bias towards the toyota and honda when both companies produce better cars and will out last ford the long term, and that's not bias that's fact based on history, and people in this class aren't looking for sportiness, there looking for efficiency.

@ApplFan1 That is your opinion and that's OK. I was a muscle car Ford Fan and I use to only like Japanese cars for the reason you mentioned. Until I started driving the Ford Fiesta I enjoyed it so much I bought one. I do not work for Ford and I test drove the car around the country putting over 45,000 miles on my many trips. Ford has made major changes to their vehicles for maximum efficiency. Your thinking of the past and Ford is like a new company now. Big changes & improvements. Research....

@joeaggas Haha yea I know big mistake. I had been driving the 2011 Ford Fiesta all year long I felt like I was living in the future. I kept dating everything 2011 because I was so use to blogging and tweeting about the 2011 Ford Fiesta so when i did the video 2011 was stuck in my head that I end up noticing it way to late. I thought I was driving a time machine I guess haha.

way to compare apples and oranges. base model hondas and toyotas with no options. up against full load ford with performance tires and a decked out interior including leather. of course everyone will like the fiesta during a 60 second trial

Of course they will get better lap numbers with the Fiesta, they used the Fit and Yaris to learn and familiarize the course.

Ford also hires people to comment and rip on the Fit all the Fit videos. Ford should spend more money on producing quality transmissions and testing than slamming other cars. Also, maybe they should make cars in the US instead of Mexico.
