beacuse i have now the stock fan for
the cpu know what i am sayin but if there
is any other way to know i would be grate ful

yea probably the cpu, you could overclock it to see wether you get better frames or not

and i will be very grateful but i want to know something i have C2D e7400 and
hd 4890 with 4gb ram and i play grid
with res 1024x768 with every thing maxed
and i get 50-60fps and some times drops to 40 or 38 fps so is it because of the cpu
or what ? if you know pls reply

Yes I believe its the CPU the Bottleneck. But I can't say 100%
