i only paid 8000 for mine my wife and i just bought recently. i actually love the thing! the only problem we've had so far is the windshield washer fluid reservoir is leaking some fluid. the 4.3 liter v8 in this car is something to really be appreciated. my wife and i did some off roading just last night, nothing too crazy, but the benz did better than my newer dodge truck would have! great fun! @ml430offroad, very nice man!

Funny. Probably didnt consider that if that thing got stuck up there it would be stripped down to its fluids in 24 hours.

i love how people think that because its a Mercedes it must cost $100,000. if you had a brain you would know that they don't hold their value. you could pick up one of these for as much or cheaper as u could buy a Chevy blazer from the same year. bet u don't say is daddy's SUV in those cases

mmm probably not, don't hold their value real well because people don't appreciate them. Maintenance is the only thing that gets you and that is one of the reasons i sold it. I worked hard for that and ejoyed it. I would however be intereted to know what makes you need to be whatever you are being.
