  • what did u put after u added the soysauce? whats that in the cup?

  • @silkpassionqt It's Shao Hsing wine - a rice cooking wine. You can also use cooking sherry in place of it :)

  • these fried ribs look tasty, ill have to make em sometime. Do you think adding some garlic/chili paste would alter the sauce too much? 

  • @randy0987 It will change the flavor a bit though I think it would be good as well. When you mix the sauce ingredients, add a little at a time and taste it before adding it to the ribs :)

  • @AsianCookingmadeEasy  actually ill probably use the recipe, I can experiment with the leftover sauce. sometimes less is more. :)
