Your typical friendly Canadian. A beaver on the highway at the Canada US border, welcoming drivers to Canada. He got away fine (and he's not rabid!).

Fake... Whaaaaa, all that's happened is that he's seen a beaver on the road n tried to help it by letting cars no its there, then after filming probably thought it would be funny to do a ill voice over, n yes it was funny, straight to favs
