You DO NOT want to go to TUJ if you're trying to get an education. The calculus teacher can't even subtract 3 from 11 in his head. What kind of bullshit is that? Seriously. How the fuck am I suppose to learn calculus from this idiot?

@kayallhood Many older Japanese establishments and houses have squatting toilets, so we distinguish them by calling them "western style" toilets, as in ones you can sit down on, as that's a western custom.

Is it possible to transfer to the Japan campus if you get enrolled in the main campus?

@FrenchFriedPoop . yes~ There is a study abroad program. if you wanted to stay here long term, that's possible too.

Hey, I was wondering if you could give me advice on the weather. I'm going to TUJ for spring semester and I have no idea how cold it should be/what i should pack for. I live in Boston now and its always freezing here... any suggestions?

Mm, I've heard January and February are the coldest months of Japan .. I have no idea how cold it is in Boston though ^^. To tell you the truth, I just moved here Fall semester of 07. Hope that helps some~
