Ontakesan Dorm.
Boring video, but thought I'd give an idea to whoever is planning on staying here for their first semester at TUJ. I have not visited any dorms since Fall 2007, so my knowledge of them is most likely a bit outdated. Sorry~! Maybe someone who lives there now in 2010 can make a new video tour :)

  • if you dont mine me asking what was your gpa when you got accepted into this college?

  • @Erick12347

    3.4? 3.2?

  • Is it possible to transfer to the Japan campus if you get enrolled in the main campus?

  • @FrenchFriedPoop . yes~ There is a study abroad program. if you wanted to stay here long term, that's possible too.

  • Hey, I was wondering if you could give me advice on the weather. I'm going to TUJ for spring semester and I have no idea how cold it should be/what i should pack for. I live in Boston now and its always freezing here... any suggestions?

  • Mm, I've heard January and February are the coldest months of Japan .. I have no idea how cold it is in Boston though ^^. To tell you the truth, I just moved here Fall semester of 07. Hope that helps some~

  • You DO NOT want to go to TUJ if you're trying to get an education. The calculus teacher can't even subtract 3 from 11 in his head. What kind of bullshit is that? Seriously. How the fuck am I suppose to learn calculus from this idiot?

  • @Erick12347 You need atleast a 2.0

  • Thank you. This video was very encouraging and extremely helpful. I'm moving in tomorrow! Maybe I will get your old room.

  • LOL cliff. didnt know you stayed at the dorm too.

  • do you know the specific requirements for applying to this school like how many credits you need and such?

  • @kayallhood Many older Japanese establishments and houses have squatting toilets, so we distinguish them by calling them "western style" toilets, as in ones you can sit down on, as that's a western custom.

  • @sasukekitty4 If you spell "accepted" like "excepted," then maybe.

  • cool, i would like to know more about the dorms and the school. would you mind to post more videos about thanks
