1. All That Remains is cool and YouTube can publish their music without any copyright hassle
2. If it were a band which did have copyright issues, there's a way to bypass the copyright block when you upload. If you dispute the claim after you upload, and you fill out the form saying you're using the fair use act, then your video will publish
