that would be because the zerg are a race meant to mass weak cheap units not create powerful, expensive units in small amounts.

and btw @maxidebian you don't get the concept of the game zerg wasn't meant to have REALLY powerful super units zerg is based off of the strategy the they are cheap and you can make lots of them. they are built off of the stratgy of massing units. If their units were as strong as say the terrans and the protoss THEY WOULD BE WAY OVERPOWERED. the races in starcraft are very different in their own ways that fact that blizzard can make a balance in that is amazing.

you don't get the point a zerg player can get roaches really early in the game so early that they could roach-rush a base and since only heavier attacks are effective againist roaches they are OP in the beginning bc no other race has heavy attacks in the beginning
