Yeah i just wish they could have at least gone out of their way to make the controls feel a little Genesisish.
Like a PS2 emulation of a Sonic Genesis game.

I love sonic so much! lol.
Fav game on the sega..wish dream cast could still be active and making their own system.
Three main systems is boring, back then you literally had over half a dozen systems...oh well.

That's what happens after 20 years, not matter how original a game will look it will never have a classic feel because it isn't a classic and never will be.

@Play4Thrill Bullshit. First kiss u never forgat. But that not means u never have same/better experience with future kisses. Thats exacly what happens here. In ur mind there would be allways that game from 90's no matter what. And ur searching there and there for that game. Guess what. It wont happend. And this here is awesome game almost the same felling u got even better.

@Modesty00 Dude this game is freaking amazing, you misunderstand me. All I'm saying is that me as a HUGE fan of Sonic can't say that Generations makes me feel the same as when I use to play the originals.
Generations just made it freaking better. but original is original and Generations is a modern remake

No 40 minute cut scenes, no menagerie of annoying friends, no Sonic trying to bone human girls, no wandering around town talking to old people... just running and collecting rings for no good reason. Looks like they finally got it right:
