That's because they are the same man. lol Honestly I never gave it much thought. My friends and I started comparing Darth Sidious and George Bush when Episode 1 came out. Not trying to start a flame war or anything but they are similar. Started a war to stay in office, says one thing does something completely different or at least with a hidden agenda. Just a thought.
