In Summer of 2009, Mike and I (Chuck) just finished a CrossFit workout and decided to make a video. So many people say they don't have time to eat well and don't want to be deprived. Hopefully this will spark some ideas.
We cooked up a really good Zone/Paleo friendly meal in less than ten minutes. At the time we were both experimenting with very strict weighing and measuring of all our meals and the results were amazing.
Very quickly we quit weighing and measuring and were both able to throw very good meals together in usually under 10 minutes. This usually even included clean-up. The filming and talking slowed things down a bit, but you can see with the stop watch we are eating in about 10 minutes and the meal was damn good.
The meal was 4 Zone blocks. 4 protein blocks of Chicken, 2 carb blocks of Broccoli and 2 blocks of straw berries, and Olive oil for the fat.
