Metal Gear Solid 3 - Snake Eater - Part 1 (Intro)

This is part one of my run of Metal Gear Solid 3; Snake Eater, Subsistence Version, on the Playstation 2, played on Normal Difficulty. This is my favorite Metal Gear Solid game and one of my favorite games ever, and is probably the most Memorable game on the PS2. What helps this game become so fun and so memorable is it's well developed story with tons of hidden tidbits into the characters and their lives, as well as extremely well balanced Level Design and good Controls. There are some flaws, like the fact that the controls take some time to get used to, the Design can be very unforgiving, the Kerotans are too well hidden at times, and certain things are ridiculous, but none of them really take away from the fun of the game. The overall presentation of this game makes it feel like an Awesome James Bond movie, especially the opening music video, and it does fit the feeling of a Cold War Hero taking on the COMMUNISTS, though this game obviously has a very serious undertone to it. Anyway, onto the description of the video itself, basically this is the intro of the game with the Song 'Snake Eater' and a beginning segment showing the absolute beginning of this mission.
0:12 - Kind of an Odd screen, the Fire looks so out of place.
0:16 - This song is 'Snake Eater' which is sung by Cynthia Harrel, and it's fucking Amazing, it may be Cheesy, but it's fucking amazing.

1:10 - The Graphics in the actual game are much better than this, so I guess this was taken from the Trailers.
1:41 - You actually can never see a full shot of Snake eating a Snake, just the Black and White Clips.
2:13 - It's funny to me that they cut the video at the perfect moment to avoid killing a big moment of the game.
3:10 - Nobody can deny that that was the most Awesome thing ever.
3:26 - I can barely beat Hard without getting caught, Extreme is TOO extreme for me, and European Extreme..... All I got to say is that you Europeans must be Amazing at Videogames.
3:30 - This is one of the few scenes in this game that you can't skip.
5:02 - Shouldn't that Oxygen container have exploded from the nearby heat source?
5:14 - Why does that word seem so awkward in that sentence?
5:29 - Excessive Emphasis on such a small thing.
6:07 - Harry Gregson-Williams does a great job of creating music that fits the mood, but there aren't as many songs that leave a lasting impression.
6:13 - Jesus, and I thought 40 Degrees Fahrenheit was bad.
6:36 - Okay, THAT was pretty cool.
7:00 - Although this seems like such a small thing to use the effects for, it just looks fucking awesome.
7:08 - I think I would have thrown up already, and remember what Major said: 'try not to get frostbite from the windchill', since he's rotating and changing the area where the wind is hitting he's actually avoiding, so it's pretty smart despite the obvious nausea inducing problems.
7:17 - Top Billing much? This is like the Twelfth time I've seen his name in this game, no wonder he's more famous than Miyamoto.

Carlitonsp, I have question(s). First of all, what happens when you choose any of the options before starting the game? I know that, when you choose the option "I like MGS2", Big Boss appears wearing a mask of Raikov, but happens with the other options ? I'm asking this, bnecause I chose the option "I like MGS 1".

I'm really not sure to be honest, I never noticed too big of a difference on any of them except MGS2.

@filipeflower If you choose 'I LIKE MGS1' your stamina takes longer to drop. If you select 'I LIKE MGS3' nothing happens.
