  • Fuck the haters, this rocks.

  • Great car! I've seen the LSX swap, but the 5.0 has a better tone in my opinion. Prost!

  • @TheBMWDude21 fucking sellout.

  • I'll take one, please. Make mine black on black, stroked to 347ci, 3:73 gears, a 150 shot of dope for all of the assholes who bad- mouthed this swap. Great job, just get the tach to work!!

  • I love my E36 328i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $170 and add up to 9HP in the E46 323/325/328 and up to 9.4HP in the 328i. That's about $17/per extra HP... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

    E30 series: 6.0-13.4hp gain

    E36 series: 5.5-12hp gain

    E46 series: 6.0-13.9hp gain

    E92 series: 8.5+ hp gain

    Z3/Z4 (all): 5.5-13.9hp gain

  • This is awesome. I'm preparing to swap a 302 into my '86 325e. Got a motor and a T5 tranny lined up, now just gotta make things happen.

I noticed on start-up that the vacuum guage works. What do you hook it up to in order for it to still function like that? It's not a huge deal, just thought it was cool that all of the guages still work. Also, what are you running for a tranny?

    Thanks!

  • would there be any room for two small turbo's or am i asking too much? nice car i can definatly see the appeal to the ford 5.0 swap vs a LS swap. the LS swap needs like 10k in parts without the engine and transmission in that cost.
