Russian citizens are those Azeri (Azerbaijani) people who live in modern day Russia. There are officially 2.4 million Azeris living in Russia including me))) So me and other Azeri people who live in Russia are Russian citizens. Others are not

Hi I am from US but originated from Iran and as Arash I was born in Tehran and I am ethnic Iranian Azeri as Arash as well. I am very happy that Aysel and Arash entered in the top three winners of Eurovision 2009! Azeri people from every corner of the globe should be proud of this! All we Azeri people should be proud of these two Azeri guys Aysel and Arash!

Now Arash. He is Azeri from Sweden. Arash is Iranian-Swedish of Azeri origin with some Arab mixture and is originated from Tehran. Eigher both his dad and mom are half Iranian Azeri and half Arab or his dad is pureblooded Iranian Azeri and his mom is half Arab half Azeri. I trend to think he is 75% Iranian Azeri and 25% Arab. Lastly nationality is not the name of the game dear guys the main thing is what the person is in fact! In our case both Aysel and Arash did well in fact!
