Here is a vid cap of a fairly spirited ride on my Ducati 1098 in the Colorado mountains .....we loose 15% HP here because of the high altitude :(

- Termi exhaust with race ECU
- 14t front sprocket
- lightened flywheel
- titanium rods

  • Great ride, thanks for sharing. Your apex's didn't kill my mood haha..

i know what your saying about the altitude, i live in vermont so sometimes i get that alittle bit but not nearly as bad. I remember once i was driving from Denver to Breck. in my friends loaded up Chevy Blazer and I had the gas PINNED and i was watching the speedometer drop from 75 to about 60 during an uphill section.

  • Thanks man - I enjoyed your vids as well.... that helmet cam really shows a good rider's perspective. Where were those roads?

  • top speed??

  • depending on the sprocket I had on anywhere between 165 and 190 MPH

  • Gorgeous bike and thanks for posting the vid, but the early apexing was really killing the mood. I would like to see it again with better lines, especially in those long sweepers...

  • Early apexing killing the mood? LOL Well how about this - when you film your own bike vid on the streets, you can carve perfect late apexes. I'll keep that type of riding for the track and leave the margin of error for street riding.
