The classic exploitation film Reefer Madness. In this comically exaggerated film on the dangers of "marihuana" you can see the beginning of the war of drugs. Even today the establishment uses the same themes to scare kids away from experimentation with cannabis.

Weed is indeed a harmful drug and I will never ever use it again. I did in highschool and it damaged my sports and made me eat more. My penis errections became much harder to maintain, my testicles became slightly smaller and I lost a lot of friends ..

It is rather informative, isn't it? The "educational" films in the 30s are the best films in the history of cinema, in my opinion. Hilarious and completly unhelpful in every way possible.
