Victims of the 2001 anthrax letters may soon get some answers from the government. The F-B-I is expected to begin briefing them today. Authorities may unseal documents revealing how the bureau closed in on Army scientist Bruce Ivins. He committed suicide last week -- just days before he was going to be charged in the case. President Bush says he deep concerns about the state of human rights in China -- adding America stands in firm opposition to many of China's human rights policies. The White House has released the text of a speech the President plans to give tomorrow in Thailand. The President will give the address one day before he attends the Olympic opening ceremonies in Beijing. The price of oil continues to tumble. It now costs 118 dollars a barrel -- down nearly 30 dollars from the record high. And the drop is being reflected at the gas pump. Triple A reports the national average for a gallon of gas is now three 86 ... Down a penny from yesterday. The Brett Favre saga just doesn't want to end. It appears his time with the Green Bay Packers is over -- after Favre and the team couldn't reach an agreement about his role on the team. The Green Bay Press-Gazette now reports Favre is willing to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- one of the team's interested in acquiring Favre.___ ___, The Associated Press with AP NewsMinute.
