［HD］心を癒す京都の紅葉の名所 Autumn in Kyoto 紅葉便り

撮影：2011年11月27日　撮影地：嵐山、東福寺、宝厳院、天龍寺、常寂光寺、叡山電鉄、清水寺。京都の紅葉の代表的な場所は、大堰川に架かる長さ154ｍ余りの渡月橋を手前において、その向こうに­眺める「嵐山」。丹波高原の南に連なる小高い山々のひとつ 。標高は375ｍだが古くから紅葉の名所。 多くの和歌にも詠まれ、平安時代から親しまれてきた名勝でもある。11月の第2日曜には「嵐山もみじ祭り」が催され、大堰川に船を浮かべて、豪華絢爛な王朝絵巻も再現され­る。また、紅葉の季節、だれもが行くのが「清水寺」。世界遺産に認定され、有名な"清水の舞台"からは京都タワーをはじめ京都市内が一望でき、その眺めは京都随一の絶景。­また、そこからの紅葉も素晴らしいが、夜の特別拝観では、ライトアップされた紅葉は圧巻。さらにカエデの多さで知られるのが「東福寺」。本堂と開山堂を結ぶ回廊の通天橋の­渓流を中心に境内には13種、約2000本のカエデが覆う。中でも中国の宋の時代に伝わったとされる葉先が3つに分かれた「通天モミジ」と呼ばれるカエデが知られる。回廊­の通天橋から望む渓谷美に目を奪われるが、特に橋のなかほどにある張り出し舞台からの眺めが美しい。

Autumn in Kyoto（ JAPAN）
It is widely known that Kyoto is most beautiful during the autumn tint season. From the beginning of November through the beginning of December, thousands of people from around the world rush to Kyoto to appreciate the beauty. Kyoto is extremely busy with people during this season and even making a hotel reservation is very difficult. Still, it's worth visiting there. Viewing spots are many and spread all around Kyoto. The combination of historical buildings and vividly coloured leaves at the backdrop continues to fascinate people around the world.

Arashiyama
Arashiyama is a district at the outskirts of Kyoto. The forested mountains in the background and the trees on the grounds of Arashiyama's temples usually turn colors in the second half of November. Tenryuji, Jojakkoji, Nisonin and Gioji are some of the best temples for autumn colors.


Tofukuji
Usually best in the second half of November, Tofukuji Temple displays some of Kyoto's most spectacular autumn foliage. The views of and from the Tsutenkyo Bridge are particularly impressive, and the temple gets very crowded.

Kiyomizudera
The highly popular Kiyomizudera is also a spectacular autumn color spot. The trees around the temples large wooded stages usually turn red in the second half of November.
