not really...he spun a bit more but i drove it as well and didnt spin and the camry still came around but it wasnt AS bad.....but im sorry the camry just simply faster! they run 14.3ish stock......even a stock 6 speed maxima cant run that

I agree with the first comment. you can hear the maxima fuck up in the beginning (too much wheel spin or just a BAD DRIVER) thats the only reason why the camry won. but C'MON SON! we all know camrys ain't got shit on the Maximas!!!!

I'm a huge toyota fan, But when it comes to performance, nissan offers alot more than toyota.

To build a honda is the cheapest route, building a quick nissan is just as pricey as building a toyota, only difference is, Nissan I believe has was more aftermarket part availability. Toyota took this one, but with the acquirable swaps or parts a Nissan car would hold its own very well in the racing community.

PEOPLE, DO NOT underestimate Nissan Maxima's!!!!! Yes the Automatics are kind of slow but, when you put a 5 speed swap or 6 speed swap on these cars, they MOOOOOVE (really quick)! The VQ35 Maxima's run low 14's bone stock and 13's with some mods with a manual transmsiion. If u put a VQ35 in a 4th gen Maxima (95-99) and it's a manual? Go home, because you r gonna lose!!! These will run 12's in the quarter mile with just N/A bolt on, no internal work!!!
