  • this is how i work out in the gym: i walk in, get some water and go to a machine, 5 munites later i get bored and then another machine, 5 munites later i get bored and go home and grab a burger on the way!

  • @xEssiker Look at her arms and shoulders, she isn't even close to lean.

  • BUZZ!!!! Wrong answer! There are no exercises to reduce fat in a certain area. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Fat is lost systemically, like draining water from a pool. Stop perpetuating this nonsense. Funny how the trainer hides her stomach and isn't leam herself. If you want a lean stomach you have to create a prolonged caloric deficit. There is no magic exercise, no low carb voodoo, no insulin fairies that are going to change this.
