i extremely happy that you feel so much better. But holy crap people are having surgery at only 220 lbs., thats pretty disturbing in general. not that 220 isnt bad but u couolda trained with me and i coulda had that off in 3 months. but good luck in future , and stay away from the people who think its a good idea to use knives on you

I'm so proud of you! You really look great. I had the gastric sleeve on the 17th of March.I just started on soft food and I'm looking for suggestions on what to eat. I too can't wait to get to simply overweight. I think that u r amazing for getting on the internet to talk about this you have alot of courage. I hope that you start to view what u have accomplished, and what strength u give others. I viewed your posting before I had decided on the sleeve.Thanks again for your videos.

What kind of protein do they have u on? Have u heard of Biotin they say that is good for your hair. R u taking any vitamins? How often do u excersise sorry for all the questions.
