  • Sesame oils isn't really used as cooking medium. It's more for flavoring. Cook with non virgin olive oil or any cheap veg oil and pepper flakes or paste since the pepper flakes flavor when in oil and cooked. AFter cooking drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce and toss before plating. You don't want to cook out all the flavor and quality of oil and soy sauce with heat.
