it is better quality if you write &fmt=18 after the address. just try and you'll se it becomes better. ;) i've seen some videoes here on youtube in HD, isn't that possible for you too?

you're right, youtube screwed it majorly..
The thing is, even on vimeo, I'm still not seeing "LED lights" =/
I think the picture quality is too clear, or there's more than one colour per LED.
