I'm in love with this song, even though it's kinda old ! :D Hehehe
The story of the video is basically about Cloud's guilt over Aerith's death. His guilt became a physical manifestation in a form of an illness. He misses her so much, he started seeing visions of her and begs for her forgiveness, even when he knows she's gone.
He tries calling Aerith, but of course, nobody picks up the phone. In a desperate attempt to get to her, he lives in her church. Tifa and Marlene were worried that Cloud's depression got too severe it could kill him and found out that he lives in Aerith's church while his illness worsens.
In the end, as an act of mercy and also to tell Cloud that he isn't to be blamed for, Aerith reached out to Cloud during one of his seizures and told him to move on. Cloud's guilt disappeared along with his illness and he finds the people who care about him cheering around him. He finally sees the true Aerith in the distance, not just another hallucination. She tells him that he is not alone.
