[Raiden II] Working video converter board

Raiden II ... finally a video converter that works. The vertical synch on the Seibu board stops it from working on most cheap boards, but this thing works nicely:

Now I can finally work on this thing... first things first, gotta make some kind of control box. I will probably convert PS/2 to JAMMA input to start off with... ideally, USB.

And yeah, I accidentally covered the microphone while grabbing my iPhone with my left hand, pretty silly of me.
