We took this laptop to get it fixed at walmart dell solutions center and they put defraggler and ccleaner on it. they said that ccleaner and defraggler was more thorough and way better than disk cleanup and defragmenter.

CCleaner is a full version. It's a freeware, so you will be able to get it for free and it will be the full version. It's very good at doing what it does
