Decades late on this update, but...
Ok rofl, the enchant system was implemented after this video and it made things even more unbalanced. Enchanting "requires" permanent items, and permanent items are mostly obtainable by Cash Shop players. Most importantly, to enchant all the 20 times each, you *NEED* the anti-reset item obtainable only with AP. Bonuses are luck based so there's no precise way to calculate how much they are stronger, but they are. Oh my god, they really are.
On the other hand, because of a change (it is unsure if it was a bug or not), the speed bonus was capped to +3% or 4% (haven't tested) because it doesn't stack anymore (not sure if Speed bonuses by enchants stack with that).
I fail. The bonuses I've written in the description and at the beginning of the video are partly false. More specifically attack/defense values are not supposed to be doubled. The rest is fine though. So the differences are:
112% AP vs Naked
72% AP vs PEN
I just don't want to give anyone false information. Good day.
I made this video to have a solid proof of the impact of AP in S4 and mainly to show how broken it is in Sword matches too.

The stats of a Full Premium AP++ Cash Shop user are the following:
-HP 131 (+5HP with respawn Coin buff, +3HP with gloves from Arcade Capsule in eSper difficulty, +30HP with HP Mastery skill)
-SP 135 (+5SP with respawn Coin buff, +40SP with SP Mastery)
-Defense+10 (excluding special defense from head criticals, equal to +30%)
-Attack+15 (equal to 46%)
-Movement Speed +10%
