Bob Grover formed GrovTec in 2006 after the company for which he worked, Michaels of Oregon, was sold and most of its production outsourced to China. After just four years, GrovTec, which manufactures gun accessories, has more than tripled its revenue, thanks in part to support from a workforce training program, the Employer Workforce Training Fund. This video shares how workforce training helped GrovTec compete, keep jobs in Oregon, become profitable, and become a an even better place to work.
